We’re hiring a sales representative

Good Work is an expert team of web developers that helps agencies and brands build, maintain, and host websites. We’re incredibly detail-oriented and take pride in every project.

We’re looking for a smart and enthusiastic sales representative with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.


Sales and business development

  • Sales (new business): Identify and target potential new clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet those needs. Achieve and exceed sales quotas for new business.
  • Leads: Actively follow up and convert leads that come through our website and other sources. Meet and exceed lead conversion quotas.
  • Servicing (existing clients): Cultivate and expand relationships with our existing client base, identifying opportunities for additional services. Achieve and exceed sales quotas for servicing existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth across all three categories.

Estimates, proposals, and contracts

  • Collaborate with our staff to manage the creation of accurate estimates and scopes for potential projects.
  • Draft proposals that align with client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts, clearly outlining all deliverables, terms, and conditions.

Market analysis & strategy

  • Gather insights on competitors and market trends.
  • Collaborate with our team to refine sales strategies and approaches to packaging our services based on the needs of our sales categories.

Reporting & documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, client feedback, and servicing tasks.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to our CEO, segmented by the three categories.

Team building & leadership

  • Play a pivotal role in building our sales team; hiring, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven sales culture.


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the web development or digital services industry, with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the desire to build and manage a team.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to set big goals and meet deadlines.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
